About Us

His Word My Truth Foundation is a Christ-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Texas, created to provide safe, faith-filled spaces for healing, hope, and restoration. We serve women, men, youth, and families who are navigating pain, trauma, grief, and life transitions — helping them reconnect with God’s promises and their true identity in Christ.
Through programs like Promise Restored (women’s healing and identity), Kingdom Promise (men’s healing and leadership), Generation Promise (youth empowerment), Family Promise (family growth & restoration), The Table Talk Project, and The Truth Project, we walk with people on a journey from brokenness to wholeness. Our heart is to see lives stabilized, strengthened, and restored spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.
Everything we do is rooted in the belief that God’s Word is greater than our past, our pain, and our feelings — His Word, our truth.
What We Do
We provide Christ-centered programs that help men, women, youth, and families heal and rebuild their lives. Through mentorship, emotional wellness support, workshops, community outreach, and creative expression — we create safe spaces where people can grow, restore identity, strengthen families, and walk in their Divine purpose.
We walk with people through:
-
Emotional and spiritual healing
-
Identity restoration
-
Youth empowerment and mentoring
-
Men’s leadership and fatherhood development
-
Women’s healing and purpose discovery
-
Family strengthening and generational breakthrough
-
Creative and community-based outreach
We don’t just talk about hope — we build environments where hope becomes real.

About The Founder
Hello, and welcome! I’m LaTina Frazier, Founder & CEO of His Word My Truth Foundation. I oversee the vision, programs, and spiritual direction of the Foundation, focusing on healing, discipleship, and Christ-centered community support.
For years, I battled silent battles — heartbreak, trauma, a toxic relationship, depression, and feeling like my life and my story were disqualified. I loved God, but I didn’t always feel whole, seen, or understood.
In one of the hardest seasons of my life, God began to speak to me about His promises and my identity. What the enemy tried to use to break me, God used to build me. Out of that place, “His Word My Truth” was born — a reminder that God’s Word is greater than my past, my pain, and my feelings.
His Word My Truth Foundation exists because I know what it feels like to be broken, overlooked, and ready to give up, and I also know what it feels like to be restored, chosen, and called again. This isn’t just an organization to me — it’s my obedience, my testimony, and my way of reaching back for the ones who feel like I once did.
Why I Started His Word My Truth Foundation
I started this foundation so women, men, and youth could have a safe, Christ-centered place to heal — emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. Through programs like Promise Restored, Kingdom Promise, Generation Promise, and Family Promise my heart is to see people walk in freedom, identity, and divine purpose by restoring their hope and reminding them that God's promises still stand. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
